PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a detector.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a detector comprises adhesively fixing a flat-plate detector and a flat-plate detector support member with each other by using a removable double-sided adhesive film. It is preferable that the adhesive film is adhered to four sides of the flat-plate detector, and it is diverged from a center portion toward the periphery of the flat-plate detector, and it is adhered to an entire surface of the flat-plate detector. The method may comprises, as a method of peeling off the adhesive film, pulling an end of the adhesive film using force to draw the end out using a tool or a control method. It is preferable that one layer of a black primer for glass is added to a rear face of the flat-plate detector to block a scattered radiation of the adhesive film. According to the method of manufacturing the detector, the flat-plate detector can be easily separated or repaired, manufacturing cost can be drastically reduced, and reliability of the flat-plate detector can be improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、検出器の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、剥離可能な両面接着フィルムを用いて平板型検出器と平板型検出器支持部材とを接着して固定する。この接着フィルムは、平板型検出器の四辺に接着され、平板型検出器の中心部から周囲に向かって発散し、平板型検出器の全表面に接着される。接着フィルムを剥離する方法として、力を入れて接着フィルムの末端を引っ張り、道具又は制御方法を利用して引き出す。一方、平板型検出器の裏面に一層の黒色のガラス用ブライマーを増加し、接着フィルムの散乱線を遮る。本発明の製造方法によると、平板型検出器を容易に分離又は補修し、製造コストを大幅に削減し、平板型検出器の信頼性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図2
