It also refers to the acorn shell extract obtainable by said procedure and its use as an antioxidant.Procedimiento para la obtención de un extracto de cáscara de bellota, extracto obtenido y su uso.#La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de obtención de un extracto de cáscara de bellota que comprende a) triturar la cáscara, b) añadir al triturado de la cáscara obtenido en la etapa a) un disolvente seleccionado del grupo formado por agua, alcohol C{sub,1}-C{sub,6} y mezclas de los mismos, c) agitar la mezcla del triturado y el disolvente obteniéndose dos fases, y d) separar las dos fases obtenidas en la etapa c) y recoger el sobrenadante que comprende el extracto. Asimismo, se refiere al extracto de cáscara de bellota obtenible por dicho procedimiento y a su uso como antioxidante.
