The present invention relates to a fish drying apparatus and, more specifically, relates to a fish drying apparatus capable of easily drying the front and rear sides of a fish under the sunshine. According to the present invention, the fish drying apparatus includes: a support comprising a central shaft and side supports supporting both ends of the central shaft at a predetermined height to make the shaft horizontal to the ground； a first drying net comprising a rectangular frame and a net installed inside the frame, and combined with the central shaft to be rotatable； a first support combined with the lower surface of the first drying net to be foldable to support the first drying net on the ground； a second drying net comprising a frame of the same size to be overlapped with the upper part of the first drying net and a net installed inside the frame, and having a side of the frame fixed to a side of the frame of the first drying net to be rotatable； and a second support combined with the upper surface of the frame of the second drying net to be foldable, and supporting the second drying net on the ground when the second drying net is located in the lower part due to rotation.본 발명은 생선 건조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 생선의 전후면을 햇빛에 쉽게 건조할 수 있는 생선 건조 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 생선 건조장치는 중심축과 상기 중심축이 지면에 수평하도록 양단을 소정 높이로 지지하는 양측 지지대로 이루어진 지지대； 직사각형 테두리와 상기 테두리 안쪽에 설치되는 그물망으로 이루어지고, 상기 중심축에 회동가능하게 결합된 제1 건조망, 상기 제1 건조망의 하면에 테두리에 접이식으로 결합되어 제1 건조망을 지면에 지지하는 제1 지지대, 상기 제1 건조망의 상부에 겹쳐지도록 동일한 크기의 테두리를 가지며, 안쪽에 설치되는 그물망으로 이루어지면, 테두리의 일측이 제1 건조망의 테두리의 일측에 회동 가능하게 고정된 제2 건조망, 상기 제2 건조망의 테두리의 상면에 접이식으로 결합되고, 회동에 의해서 제2 건조망이 하부에 위치할 때, 제2 건조망을 지면에 지지하는 제2 지지대를 포함하여 이루어진다.
