PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a seedling box that hardly breaks even when conveyance resistance is large.SOLUTION: A seedling box conveyance device 1 includes: a pair of sprockets 3, 4 an endless body 7 wound around them and a plurality of hooks 8 aligned on the endless body 7 at fixed intervals. The interval between the hooks 8 is set to be slightly shorter than an interval between a position where the hook 8 abuts on a projection 10d of a seedling box 10 and a rear end 10b of the seedling box 10 located posteriorly the projection 10d n a carrying direction, and the seedling box 10 is supplied to a conveyance path 2 in such a manner that the projection 10d is located anteriorly to directly above the sprocket 4 on the rear side and the rear end 10b is located posteriorly to the sprocket 4. The hook 8 reaching above the sprocket 4 starts to push the projection 10d to thereby start the conveyance of the seedling box 10, and the hook 8 following up this hook 8 then proceeds obliquely from bottom up relative to the rear end 10b by being guided by the sprocket 4 to thereby start to push the rear end 10b.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 搬送抵抗が大きいときでも苗箱が破損し難くすること。【解決手段】 苗箱搬送装置1は、一対のスプロケット3,4と、これらに巻き掛けられた無端体7と、無端体7に一定間隔で列設された複数のフック8とを備えている。フック8同士の間隔を、苗箱10の突起10dにフック8が当接する位置から、突起10dの搬送方向後方における苗箱10の後端部10bまでの間隔より僅かに短く設定しておき、突起10dが後側のスプロケット4の直上よりも前方に位置し、かつ、後端部10bがスプロケット4よりも後方に位置するように苗箱10を搬送路2に供給させる。スプロケット4の上方に巡回してきたフック8が突起10dを押し始めることにより苗箱10を搬送し始めた後、該フック8に後続するフック8がスプロケット4にガイドされ後端部10bに対し後斜め下方から上方に進入することにより該後端部10bを押し始めるように構成されている。【選択図】 図1
