PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve examination efficiency by reducing examination time by mitigating a burden on a subject or examiner in a perimetry.SOLUTION: A perimeter 1 comprises fixation state determination means 5 for individually determining a fixation state of a subject in association with each displayed target, where the fixation state determination means 5 determines the fixation state individually every time the target is displayed. Thereby, even when it is determined that a fixation state is bad, the bad state does not turn to a problem because a re-examination or the like is possible at a point where a target corresponding to the bad fixation state is presented. As a result, a burden on the subject or an examiner is mitigated, examination time is reduced, and examination efficiency is improved as compared with the case of the conventional perimeter where the whole examination is performed again from the beginning.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】視野検査において被検者や検査者の負担を軽くし、検査時間を短くして検査効率を上げる。【解決手段】本発明に係る視野計1は、表示される個々の視標に関連づけて被検者の固視状態を個別に判定する固視状態判定手段5を備えており、該固視状態判定手段5は、視標が表示される度に 個別に 固視状態を判定するようになっている。したがって、固視状態の不良が判定されたとしても、その視標が呈示されたポイントにつき再検査等を行えば良いので、従来のように検査全体を最初からやり直す場合に比べて、被検者や検査者の負担は軽くて済み、検査時間も短くて済み、検査効率を上げることができる。【選択図】図1
