PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical apparatus having a relatively simple structure and operation.SOLUTION: A powered surgical apparatus 10 is used with a source of irrigation fluid and a source of suction and for powering a surgical tool 20 such as a cutting blade. A collet assembly includes a plurality of rolling lock members 436.
