The invention relates to a plant meant to be used to separate the stones from the fruit flesh, in particular for cherries and sour-cherries from the orchards of small farms, in order for the fruit to be further used in jam preparation or in sweet-shop networks. According to the invention, the plant consists of a framework (1) on which there is an even number of destoning devices (S) fixed to the framework (1) by the screwing elements (11), by means of some supports (14), the devices (S) being alternately actuated by a cam (C) located on a cam shaft (13) driven by an electric motor, some fruit supplying boxes (7), some stone collecting boxes (I) and some fruit flesh collecting boxes (II), where the destoning devices (S) comprise a cylindrical body (2) which is provided with a screw cap wherethrough a piston rod (3) provided with a spring (5) is introduced and which has at its top a convex spherical profile ensuring a pointlike contact with the surface of the cams (C) on the cam shaft (13) providing, by rotation, a displacement of the piston rod (3) along the cylinder axis direction by a distance (D) while, at the bottom cylindrical part of the piston rod (3), there are some roughness elements in the shape of fir cones, inclined opposite to the rod direction of movement towards the sitting plate (9), which limits the distance up to which the fruit can move and a stop member (6) on which the fruit flesh freely falls to the collecting box (II).Invenţia se referă la o instalaţie utilizată pentru separarea sâmburelui de pulpa fructului, în special pentru cireşele şi vişinele din livezile micilor fermieri, în scopul utilizării ulterioare a fructelor pentru prepararea gemurilor şi dulceţurilor, sau în reţelele de cofetării.
