PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair anchor which can always make a retightening knob of the floor hook engaged with a hook imbedded on the floor face upward and which thereby improve operability.SOLUTION: The wheelchair anchor 8 has a belt 9 and a winder 10 for winding the belt 9. A wheelchair hook 11 provided in the tip end of the belt 9 is engaged with a wheelchair 4, and then a floor hook 12 provided on the winder 10 side is engaged with a hook 3 imbedded on the floor of a bus, so that the wheelchair 4 is fastened to the floor 1 of the bus. In this anchor, the winder 10 is equipped with a retightening knob 16 for retightening the belt 9.
