PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder medicine feeder which facilitates attachment/detachment of a powder medicine cassette even when a power medicine feeding mechanism of a cylindrical cassette rotating type is surrounded by an enclosure body with a cassette entrance opening/closing lid.SOLUTION: A powder medicine feeder comprises: a powder medicine feeding mechanism 12 for dividing and feeding a powder medicine while supporting a cylindrical powder medicine cassette 90 an enclosure body 60 in which an entrance opening/closing lid 62 is provided in a cassette entrance 61 a pressing member 78 that can move between a pressing position pressing the powder medicine cassette 90 from above and an escape position away from the pressing position and a mechanical interlock mechanism 70+80 for interlocking the movement with opening/closing operation of the entrance opening/closing lid 62. The entrance opening/closing lid 62 swings around a lid supporting part 63 that is one side of the cassette entrance 61. The interlock mechanism 70+80 comprises an interlock swing part 70 and a swing transmission part 80.
