PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal powder supply device 10 of a cylindrical cassette rotary system in which a discharge rate of the medicinal powder may not drop so much even if the amount of receiving medicinal powder of the medicinal powder cassette decreases, and the variation of a rotational speed is suppressed.SOLUTION: A cassette holding mechanism 20 is made to hold a medicinal powder cassette (90) in an inclination state (θ) with a mouth side lower than a bottom side. Also, the tip part of a drive shaft 32 of a rotary drive mechanism 30 is fitted to a hole 94 formed in the bottom center of the medicinal powder cassette (90), and the medicinal powder cassette (90) is axially rotated. Further, when the mouth of the medicinal powder cassette (90) is opened, a lower part of a lid 95 is separated from the mouth 92 while a top of the lid 95 of the medicinal powder cassette (90) is brought into abutment with the mouth 92 of the medicinal powder cassette (90), and thereby a forward displacement of the cassette is prevented and the medicinal powder scattering is prevented.
