PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manpower-saving farming technique of the Japanese rock oyster, Crassostrea nippona.SOLUTION: A Crassostrea nippona farming method includes: an upbringing step for raising Crassostrea nippona spat until a longer axis of the spat is 5 cm or longer by emitting microbubble in seawater to the spat sticking or stuck to a flexible material collector; and a firming step for peeling off the spat by bending the collector after the upbringing step, cementing plural sets of the oysters to a ranging hang down rope at a predetermined interval with one set of three spats in back facing and nearly axially symmetrically with a lid shell, a flat shell of two shells, toward outside, and conducting farming by hanging down the rope underwater.
