The invention concerns an oyster farming device comprising containers (20) configured to contain oysters and linked to at least one ballast (18), characterised in that it comprises a horizontal pivot axis (14), parallel to a longitudinal direction, and at least two rigid arms (16) that link the pivot axis (14) and the ballast (18), parallel to the longitudinal direction, such that the filling or emptying of the ballast (18) causes the arm (16) to rotate about the pivot axis (14) and results in the emergence and rolling of the oysters in the containers (20).
