PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain information relating to pulse corresponding to the body movement of a user.SOLUTION: A control section 30 specifies the frequency of the body movement by using a digital signal S21 obtained from the light emitted from a light emitting diode 11A and a digital signal S23 obtained from an acceleration sensor in the case the acceleration by the body movement measured by the acceleration sensor 27 exceeds a threshold value. The control section 30 obtains the frequency of the pulse from the signal obtained by removing the component of the frequency specified from the digital signal S22 obtained from the light emitted from the light emitting diode 11B and displays the obtained frequency of the pulse.
