PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the health condition of each pregnant woman, and to prevent any change in her physical condition which is serious for the pregnant woman from being overlooked even when it is generally insignificant change in her physical condition, and to reduce the load of a medical institution by suppressing any unnecessary medical examination to be undergone in the medical institution.SOLUTION: The health management device includes: storage means 11 for storing a medical examination result by a medical institution and a predetermined interview sheet and answers to the interview sheet display means 12 for displaying the interview sheet input means 13 for inputting answers to the interview sheet arithmetic means 14 for calculating and digitizing the answers to the interview sheet under the consideration of the medical examination result and determination means 15 for determining the health condition of a pregnant woman according to the arithmetic result.
