PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ornithine-containing composition which is useful for prevention, control or improvement of bedsore, or for nutrition improvement for postoperative recovery or the like.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a composition containing ornithine or a salt thereof, glutamine or a salt thereof, zinc and vitamines. The content of ornithine or a salt thereof is preferably 10-70 mass% with respect to the protein amount contained in the composition.
