The head health care device includes: a body； a plurality of sensing components provided and projected on an outer surface of the body, in which each sensing component is configured to sense head information of a user； and a plurality of health care components provided and projected on the outer surface of the body, in which the health care components are configured to perform health care operations on a head of the user according to a control signal.
