Provided is a surgical drape in which a cut position or the like and the surroundings thereof are not easily peeled off even in a state of being cut or punctured by a surgical tool when being adhered to a recesses-and-protrusions surface having low smoothness or a position having a high curvature such as a hand, foot, or head portion, and which has excellent handling properties and safety. This surgical drape 10 is provided with an adhesive layer 5 which is cut or punctured by a surgical tool and which has an adhesive surface 2 that is in contact with a region including a body area for surgery. A film-like substrate 15 may further be provided which has Young's modulus of 10.0 MPa or less and is laminated and arranged on a surface of the adhesive layer 5 on the reverse side from the adhesive surface 2.L'invention concerne un champ opératoire dans lequel une position de coupe ou similaire et l'environnement de celui-ci ne sont pas facilement décollés même dans un état de coupe ou de perforation par un outil chirurgical lorsqu'il est collé à une surface en creux et en saillie ayant un faible lissé ou une position ayant une courbure élevée telle qu'une main, un pied ou une partie de tête, et qui a d'excellentes propriétés de manipulation et une excellente sécurité. Ce champ opératoire 10 est pourvu d'une couche adhésive 5 qui est coupée ou perforée par un outil chirurgical et qui a une surface adhésive 2 qui est en contact avec une région comprenant une zone corporelle pour une chirurgie.
