SOLUTION: The endoscope system includes: a plurality of medical equipment for collecting patient information a system controller capable of communicating with the plurality of medical equipment and with other equipment via a network having peculiar real-time clock and a controller set within the system controller and having the real-time clock of the system controller itself for generating a continuous time stamps. When the patient information is received from the plurality of medical equipment, the system controller gives time information of the received timing to the plurality of medical equipment and, when the patient information relating to the plurality of medical equipment is transmitted to other equipment via the network, time information of the transmitted timing is transmitted together.
