CYLINDRICAL TANK FOR THE THERMAL TREATMENT OF A FOOD MIXTURE IN GENERAL AND MACHINE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF FOOD MIXTURES EQUIPPED WITH THIS CYLINDRICAL TANK
The invention relates to a cylindrical tank for the thermal treatment of a food product (8), of the type comprising heating and/or cooling means (5) of said food product, in addition to a mixer (6) housed so as to be revolving in its interior. The tank (1) consists of a cylindrical mantle (4), closed by a rear bottom (3) and by a front flange (7), there also being means (15, 16) for feeding the mentioned product (8) inside the tank (1). At least one temperature sensor (9) of the mentioned food product (8) is also positioned in correspondence with an area (10) situated in the front portion of the mentioned mantle (4), corresponding to the discharge area of the same food product from the tank (1). The invention also relates to machines which use the above-mentioned tank.La présente invention concerne un réservoir cylindrique destiné au traitement thermique dun produit alimentaire (8), du type comprenant des moyens de chauffage et/ou de refroidissement (5) dudit produit alimentaire, en plus dun mélangeur (6) logé à lintérieur de façon à tourner dans le réservoir. Le réservoir (1) consiste en une enveloppe cylindrique (4) fermée par un fond arrière (3) et par une bride avant (7), des moyens (15, 16) étant également employés pour amener le produit (8) mentionné jusquà lintérieur du réservoir (1). Au moins un capteur de température (9) destiné à détecter la température du produit alimentaire (8) mentionné est également disposé en liaison avec une zone (10) située dans la partie avant de lenveloppe (4) mentionnée, correspondant à une zone de sortie dudit produit alimentaire hors du réservoir (1). Linvention concerne également des machines employant le réservoir sus-mentionné.
