The present invention concerns a novel bandage comprising a support and a hydrophobic elastomeric matrix coating said support, said matrix comprising a SEPS, SEBS or SEEPS elastomer, consisting of a combination of polystyrene blocks and polyolefin blocks, said elastomer having a molecular weight less than or equal to 290,000 Dalton measured by gel permeation chromatography, the total proportion of elastomer being strictly less than 3.0% of the total weight of said elastomeric matrix.La présente invention vise un nouveau pansement comprenant un support et une matrice élastomérique hydrophobe enrobant ledit support, ladite matrice comprenant un élastomère de type SEPS, SEBS ou SEEPS, constitué dune association de blocs polystyrène et de blocs polyoléfine, ledit élastomère ayant un poids moléculaire inférieur ou égal à 290 000 Dalton mesuré par chromatographie par perméation de gel, la part totale d élastomère étant strictement inférieure à 3,0% du poids total de ladite matrice élastomérique.
