PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating implement which keeps the adhesion between sheet-like heating elements suppressed, and the reduction of the fitting property of the heating implement, and the generation of a feeling of congruity effectively prevented from occurring.SOLUTION: This heating implement 10 has a plurality of sheet-like heating elements 20 which are stacked. Then, layers 21 and 22 which suppress the adhesion of the sheet-like heating elements 20 to each other resulting from heating are installed in a space between the adjacent sheet-like heating elements 20 for the heating implement 10. The layer 21 is preferably constituted by containing a solid fat, a lubricant or a non-aqueous antioxidant.
