The present invention relates to a magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent surface-coated with a polymer which has high stability in the body and biocompatibility, and more specifically, to a superparamagnetic magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent coated with a polymer having a mannose-modified terminal which can be used for enhancing the contrast of images in lymphography, and a preparation method thereof. The superparamagnetic magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent coated with a polymer having a mannose-modified terminal according to the present invention can provide high stability in the body and biocompatibility and can be used for easy diagnosis of the metastasis of cancer to lymph nodes.La présente invention concerne un agent de contraste dimagerie par résonance magnétique enrobé en surface avec un polymère qui a une stabilité dans le corps et une biocompatibilité élevées, et plus spécifiquement, un agent de contraste dimagerie par résonance magnétique superparamagnétique enrobé avec un polymère ayant une terminaison modifiée par du mannose qui peut être utilisé pour améliorer le contraste dimages en lymphographie, et un procédé de préparation de celui-ci.
