PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a conventional product, a towel is wetted with water and the towel is tightly wrapped around a body in order to cool body heat by heat exchange between body heat and water, therefore, it does not allow the towel to exert a cooling effect without cooled water, eventually, the water temperature reaches the body temperature, and it shows the limits of heat exchange.SOLUTION: A hollow material such as micro-and nano-fibers is used to increase the surface area and to accelerate vaporization, thereby achieving cooling by utilizing vaporization heat. Even if the cooling effect begins to wear off, when an impact is applied to the material, it induces the capillary action and allows moisture to be fed uniformly.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の製品は、タオルに水を濡らし体に密着させる事により体の熱を水に熱交換によって冷却させていたものです。冷やされた水で無ければ効果を発揮する事ができず、水の温度が体温まで達してしまうことで熱交換の限界がありました。【解決手段】マイクロ及びナノファイバー等の中空素材を使用し表面積を増やし気化を促進させることによって気化熱を利用し冷却する事が出来ます。効果が薄れてきた場合でも、素材に衝撃を与えることで毛細管現象を誘発し均等に水分を送ることが出来ます。
