To provide an electrolyzed water producing apparatus capable of using electrolyzed hydrogen water at low cost for rice cultivation and hydroponic cultivation.SOLUTION: An electrolyzed water producing apparatus 1 includes an electrolysis unit 2 having an anode power feeder and a cathode power feeder which are mutually different in polarity and electrolyzing water, an optical power generator 31 which generates electricity by receiving light and supplying current to the anode power feeder and the cathode power feeder, and the electrolytic unit 2 further has a solid polymer membrane arranged between the anode power feeder and the cathode power feeder and is charged into water used for plant cultivation, and the anode electrolyzed water generated by the anode power feeder and the electrolyzed water generated by the cathode power feeder are discharged into the water.
