The present invention concerns a composition for caring for and/or making up keratin materials comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, a) at least one aqueous phase； and b) at least one oily phase dispersed in the said aqueous phase； and c) at least microcapsules comprising: - an inner core comprising at least a dispersion of at least one reflective agent,in particular bismuth oxychloride, in at least one oil, and -at least one outer shell formed of a wall-forming polymeric material surrounding the said core, the said outer shell comprising i) at least one wall-forming polymer, and ii) optionally at least one plasticizer and/or at least one opaque substance and/:or at least one fatty acid salt.La présente invention concerne une composition destinée aux soins et/ou à la création de matières kératiniques comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, a) au moins une phase aqueuse ； et b) au moins une phase huileuse dispersée dans ladite phase aqueuse ； et c) au moins des microcapsules comprenant : un noyau interne comprenant au moins une dispersion d'au moins un agent réfléchissant, en particulier l'oxychlorure de bismuth, dans au moins une huile, et au moins une enveloppe externe constituée d'un matériau polymère de formation de paroi entourant ledit noyau, ladite enveloppe externe comprenant i) au moins un polymère de formation de paroi, et ii) éventuellement au moins un plastifiant et/ou au moins une substance opaque et/ou au moins un sel d'acide gras.
