The present invention concerns a composition, in particular in the form of aqueous dispersion for caring for and/or making up keratin materials comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, a) one aqueous phase； and b) at least microcapsules comprising:—an inner core comprising at least a dispersion of at least one reflective agent, in particular bismuth oxychloride, in at least one oil, and—at least one outer shell formed of a wall-forming polymeric material surrounding the said core, the said outer shell comprising i) at least one wall-forming polymer, and ii) optionally at least one plasticizer and/or at least one opaque substance and/or at least one fatty acid salt. The present invention concerns also a cosmetic process for caring for and/or making up keratinic materials, comprising application on said keratinic materials in particular on the skin of a composition as above defined.La présente invention concerne une composition, en particulier sous la forme d'une dispersion aqueuse pour le soin et/ou le maquillage de matières kératiniques comprenant, dans un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, a) une phase aqueuse ； et b) au moins des microcapsules comprenant : - un cœur interne comprenant au moins une dispersion d'au moins un agent réfléchissant, en particulier d'oxychlorure de bismuth, dans au moins une huile, et - au moins une enveloppe extérieure constituée d'une matière polymère formant paroi entourant ledit cœur, ladite enveloppe extérieure comprenant i) au moins un polymère formant paroi ； et ii) éventuellement au moins un plastifiant et/ou au moins une substance opaque et/ou au moins un sel d'acide gras. La présente invention concerne également un procédé cosmétique pour le soin et/ou le maquillage de matières kératiniques, consistant à appliquer sur lesdites matières kératiniques, en particulier sur la peau, une composition telle que définie ci-dessus.
