PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation therapy simulation device capable of improving the simulation accuracy of a therapy dose for a radiation therapy.SOLUTION: A radiation therapy simulation device 10 comprises: an arithmetic unit 5 which calculates the therapy dose distribution of radiation to irradiate a patient therewith in a radiation therapy and an information storage part 3 which stores information on an administration medicine being a radiosensitizer or a protective agent to administer to a patient in the radiation therapy.
