PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterile drape which can satisfactorily keep operability of a grip part where an operation input part is provided in a medical observation apparatus to which the sterile drape is applied.SOLUTION: A sterile drape covers a medical observation apparatus including a microscope part configured to magnify and image a microfine site of an observation object, a grip part gripped by a user in moving the microscope part, and an input part provided on a surface of the grip part for receiving an input of an operation instruction to the microscope part, to keep the medical observation apparatus sterile. The sterile drape includes an input part cover part which is formed on a body of the sterile drape and is configured to be protruded to house at least a part of the input part in a state where the sterile drape covers the medical observation apparatus and an attaching part which is provided on a proximal end part of the input part cover part and is configured to be fixed and attached to the grip part in a state where the sterile drape covers the medical observation apparatus.
