PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based makeup cosmetic material having good dispersion stability of a pigment, light and smooth spread in application and no oily and sticky feeling inherited to an oil component, giving no stretching feeling of the cosmetic material after use with giving pliable membrane, generating no smearing, twists and the like, and excellent in preservability of the cosmetic material.
SOLUTION: The oil-based make up cosmetic material comprises a pigment, a candelilla resin, a volatile silicone and a 5-10C 1, 2-alkanediol, preferably 1, 2-hexanediol and/or 1, 2-octanediol. Furthermore, if needed, the cosmetic material may contain a film-forming high molecular compound and a hydrocarbon compound solid at room temperature.
