PURPOSE: A method for preventing or treating swine influenza virus infection is provided to effectively produce a composition for preventing or treating swine influenza virus infection and to effectively diagnose swine influenza virus infection. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing or treating swine influenza virus infection comprises a step of administering a composition for preventing or treating swine influenza virus infection to a pig. The composition contains attenuated or inactivated swine influenza virus A/swine/Korea/GCVP-KS01/2009(H1N1)(deposit number KCTC 11848BP) or an immunogenicity subunit thereof.
