An apparatus for endovascularly replacing a patient's heart valve comprises an anchor having an outer surface and an inner surface. The anchor is expandable from a collapsed delivery configuration to a fully deployed configuration. A first locking element and a second locking element are attached to the inner surface of the anchor. The first locking element is engageable with the second locking element. At least one of the first locking element and the second locking element has a curved outer surface. Methods for attaching the second locking element to the anchor are also provided.La présente invention concerne un appareil destiné à remplacer par voie endovasculaire une valvule cardiaque d'un patient, qui comporte une ancre comprenant une surface externe et une surface interne. Ladite ancre est extensible entre une configuration de pose repliée et une configuration pleinement déployée. Un premier élément de verrouillage et un second élément de verrouillage sont fixés à la surface interne de l'ancre. Le premier élément de verrouillage peut venir en prise avec le second élément de verrouillage. Le premier élément de verrouillage et/ou le second élément de verrouillage présentent une surface externe incurvée. L'invention porte également sur des procédés de fixation du second élément de verrouillage à l'ancre.
