PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens inserter that enables smooth operation at the time of inserting an intraocular lens.SOLUTION: An intraocular lens inserter comprises: a hollow body 5 including a lens installation part 11 in which an intraocular lens is to be provided； a plunger 9 for moving inside the hollow body in the axial direction of the hollow body； an extrusion component 10 for extruding the intraocular lens from the lens installation part by moving inside the hollow body with the plunger forward in the axial direction of the hollow body； a first flange 14a protruding from an outer peripheral surface of the hollow body； and a second flange 14b that is disposed on the rear end side of the first flange and protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the hollow body.
