The invention relates to a material comprising at least one electronegative fibre having a negative charge density of between 0.01 and 5 mmol/g and a liquid absorption capacity of between 10 and 20 g of physiological serum per gramme of fibre, for use in the healing of wounds, and preferably in the cleaning of wounds. The invention also relates to a medical device, such as a wound-healing dressing or a bandage, comprising such a material.La présente invention a pour objet un matériau comprenant au moins une fibre électronégative présentant une densité de charges négatives comprise entre 0,01 et 5 mmol/g et une capacité dabsorption des liquides comprise entre 10 et 20 g de sérum physiologique 5 par gramme de fibre pour son utilisation dans la cicatrisation des plaies, et préférentiellement dans la détersion des plaies.
