PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of filling a jelly liquid with pulp during manufacturing for automatic removal of bubbles generated in the jelly liquid.SOLUTION: A container 21 having a flange part 21a at the peripheral edge of an upper opening is internally filled with pulp and jelly liquid. A bucket 7 for suspending the container 21 has a through hole 7a formed in the approximately center part in which the container 21 is fitted and the flange part 21a is engaged with the peripheral edge of the through hole 7a. A lower chamber 32 having a depth shorter than the suspension length of the suspended container 21 from the lower edge of the bucket 7 rises when enclosed so as to enclose the lower side of the bucket 7 and push up the container 21, allowing the flange part 21a to be separated from the peripheral edge of the through hole 7a. An upper chamber 31 pushes down the bucket 7 from above so that the upper side of the bucket 7 can be enclosed. A suction part 36 suctions air such that the air pressure in an enclosed space surrounded by the upper chamber 31 and the lower chamber 32 is reduced to less than 1 atmospheric pressure.
