The present invention comprises: a snowball maker including a housing which forms a passage to which snow is discharged after the snow is introduced, a scoop provided in the passage for pressing snow, and a drive device for rotating the ski, and a moving device for moving the snowball maker from the roof surface of the vinyl greenhouse, wherein the snow pressed by the scoop is discharged in the direction opposite to the direction in which the scoop is rotated and introduced to the ground along the inclination of the roof surface.
