PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine which can be prepared without using an expression vector, and has excellent therapeutic or preventive effects, and also an active ingredient used in the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an immunological non-self cell-MRP8 molecule complex composed of an immunological non-self cell and an isolated MRP8 molecule, wherein the MRP8 molecule is bound to a TLR4 which has been expressed on the surface of a cell other than the immunological non-self cell with the MRP8 molecule being bound to the surface of the immunological non-self cell, and the MRP8 molecule is also bound to the surface of the immunological non-self cell so as to stimulate the cell through the TLR4.
