The present invention provides a degenerative spinal kyphosis assistance device which can treat a degenerative spinal kyphosis with a simple operation only by wearing the same without performing a screw fixation fixing a screw to vertebrae bone. The degenerative spinal kyphosis assistance device comprises: a front inflation member attached to the abdomen part of a patient, and inflated to apply a pressure to the abdomen part； and a band connected to the front inflation member, and surrounding the trunk of the patient so that the patient wears the front inflation member.퇴행성 척추 후만증 보조기는, 환자의 복부 부분에 부착되어 팽창됨으로써 복부 부분에 압력을 가하는 전방 팽창 부재 및 전방 팽창 부재에 연결되고, 환자가 전방 팽창 부재를 착용 가능하도록 환자의 몸통을 둘러싸는 밴드를 포함한다.
