The present invention relates to an assembly for replacing a heart valve or coronary angioplasty assembly, comprising an insertion sheath (13) of an introducer (1) or of a delivery catheter (1'), smaller compared to an introducer, intended to be inserted into an artery of a human body. The invention essentially involves: - either integrating the metal support of an electrode of the cardiac stimulator in a piece fitted around the insertion sheath which is introduced into the artery of a patient or in a guide wire which becomes a bipolar electrode support； - or connecting the cathode of an external cardiac stimulator to the guide wire of an artificial valve and connecting the anode to a transcutaneous electrode in contact with the skin of the patient.La présente invention concerne un ensemble de remplacement d'une valve cardiaque ou ensemble d'angioplastie coronaire, comprenant une gaine d'introduction (13) d'un introducteur (1) ou d'un cathéter de délivrance (1'), de taille réduite par rapport à celle d'un introducteur, destinée à être introduite dans une artère d'un corps humain. L'invention consiste essentiellement : - soit en l'intégration du support métallique d'une électrode du stimulateur cardiaque dans une pièce à emmanchée autour de la gaine d'introduction qui est introduite dans l'artère d'un patient ou dans un guide-fil qui devient un support bipolaire d'électrodes； - soit à relier la cathode d'un stimulateur cardiaque externe au guide-fil d'une valve artificielle et l'anode à une électrode transcutanée en contact avec la peau du patient.
