Provided is a means for enabling application of a water-soluble cosmetic sheet such as a microneedle array even without an adhesive sheet.A water-soluble sheet-like cosmetic product comprises: a re-peelable microneedle patch supporting body film which has a pattern coated adhesive surface on one surface thereof and which is in contact with a rear surface of a microneedle array substrate, with the adhesive surface interposed therebetween； a re-peelable water-soluble cosmetic sheet supporting body film which has a pattern coated adhesive surface on one surface thereof and which is in contact with a rear surface of a cosmetic sheet containing a water-soluble polymer, with the adhesive surface interposed therebetween； and a microneedle array and a supporting body film having a water-soluble polymer or a water-swelling resin as a base. The supporting body film comprises a microneedle patch which has a pattern coated adhesive surface on one surface thereof, and which is bonded to a rear surface of the microneedle array substrate, with the adhesive surface interposed therebetween, a water-soluble cosmetic sheet containing a water-soluble polymer, and a supporting body film. The supporting body film has a pattern coated adhesive surface on one surface thereof, and is bonded to a rear surface of the water-soluble cosmetic sheet with the adhesive surface interposed therebetween.
