PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insecticidal facilities of pests in which the pests are effectively killed by easily installing a simple device, and to provide a seedling raising method using the insecticidal facilities.SOLUTION: Insecticidal facilities include: a house 10 constituting a contour surface and formed of film materials a groove 30 with hems of the house 10 inserted in a whole circumference area thereof and having liquid poured therein a bottom sheet 40 with a peripheral edge 40a or an area of the inside fixed range inserted into the groove 30 over the entire circumference, and laid in the area provided with the house 10 an injection port 20 provided relatively at the lower side of the house 10, and for injecting carbon dioxide into the house 10 a discharge port 21 provided relatively at the upper side of the house 10, and for discharging outside the air in the house 10 and a carbon dioxide supply device 50 connected to the injection port 20, and for supplying the carbon dioxide to the house 10. A seedling raising method using these facilities is also provided for solving the problem.
