A sealing device, comprising: a stretch frame formed by a plurality of wires extending from the proximal end to the distal end of the frame, the wires form a proximal loop and a distal loop; a sealing element that at least partially encapsulates a stretched wire frame. 2. The device according to claim 1, in which the sealing device is self-centered during deployment. The device according to claim 1, wherein the stretch frame further comprises an intermediate loop formed by a plurality of wires. The device according to claim 3, in which the sealing element essentially completely encapsulates the stretch frame. The device according to claim 1, in which the stretchable wire frame consists of 5 wires. The device according to claim 1, in which the sealing element contains a material selected from the group consisting of polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, fluoropolymer, polyurethane, silicone, nylon and silk. The device according to claim 6, in which the fluoropolymer contains polytetrafluoroethylene. The device according to claim 7, in which the polytetrafluoroethylene contains stretchable polytetrafluoroethylene. The device according to claim 1, in which the plurality of wires contains nitinol. The device according to claim 1, wherein the sealing element comprises an inner surface, at least a portion of which is attached to the plurality of wires. The device according to claim 1, further comprising a distal buffer located distally relative to the distal loop. The device according to claim 11, further comprising a loop fixing device. The device according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of wires extends spirally from the proximal1.
