In one form, the above-mentioned body component of coil form has the individual structure which includes two coil sections which have possessed the pitch which differs, insertion characteristic of the instrument to the eye improves by particular structure. In other form, as for the instrument, it has possessed the proximal section which includes the structure of the individual umbrella condition section which has possessed the concave surface which is distal (2036) it improves the stability of the instrument in the eye. In addition, in other form, as for the instrument, with the above-mentioned umbrella condition section and the above-mentioned body component of coil form, the movement section which improves the stability of the instrument in the eye is wrapped.
