PURPOSE: A wheelchair with an umbrella stand is provided to allow a user not to carry an umbrella when sunshine is strong or rain falls. CONSTITUTION: A wheelchair with an umbrella (100) comprises a chair-formed frame (101) and a wheel (103) which is equipped with frames on both sides. The wheelchair comprises an arm standing part (110) which is equipped on the frame, a safe handle (120) which protrudes for a user and an umbrella fixing part (140) which fixes the safe handle to the umbrella.
