The implant (1) has two anterior sling attachments (3) and two posterior sling attachments (4) disposed in sagittal plane, where each attachment extends from a side of a support body (2). Two sling attachment units (5) extend from the body and disposed in the sagittal plane between the sling attachments. A longitudinal axis of the unit (5) forms a predetermined angle with anterior part of the plane. An independent claim is also included for a device for introducing an implant.
