PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the pest-controlling effect of an anthranilamide-based compound.SOLUTION: A pestcidal composition including an anthranilamide-based compound or a salt thereof as an active ingredient and a polyoxyalkylene phosphoric acid ester-based surfactant is provided. A method for controlling pests using the composition is also provided.
