PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural chemical composition excellent in promoting a pest-controlling effect and a final controlling effect.SOLUTION: The agricultural chemical composition comprises an agricultural chemical active ingredient, a cationic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, and an acetylene-based surfactant having an HLB value of 12 or less. Preferably, the cationic surfactant is a quaternary alkyl ammonium salt and the nonionic surfactant is an alkyl glycoside, an alkyl polyglycoside, or a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether.
