The present invention relates to a method for producing eggs containing saponin. The present invention includes: a feed producing step of producing feed； and a step of producing eggs by providing the produced feed for hen. The feed producing step of the saponin-containing egg producing method includes: a process of preparing sulfur； a process of preparing at least one saponin supply material selected from saponin and plant extracts containing saponin； a process of preparing a dispersion medium； and a mixing step of mixing the sulfur, the saponin supply material, and the dispersion medium. The present invention: promotes the growth of hen and increases immunity by providing highly functional feed including sulfur and saponin for hen； and also improves the productivity of eggs containing saponin.본 발명은 사포닌 함유 계란의 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 먹이제를 제조하는 먹이제 제조단계와, 상기 제조된 먹이제를 산란계에 급여하여 계란을 생산하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 먹이제 제조단계는 유황을 준비하는 공정, 사포닌 및 사포닌 함유 식물 추출물 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 사포닌 공급재료를 준비하는 공정, 분산매체를 준비하는 공정 및 상기 유황, 사포닌 공급재료 및 분산매체를 혼합하는 혼합 공정을 포함하는 사포닌 함유 계란의 생산방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 유황 및 사포닌을 포함하는 고기능성의 먹이제를 산란계(닭)에게 급여하여 산란계의 성장촉진 및 면역력 등을 증대시키고, 이와 함께 사포닌을 함유한 계란의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
