The arrangement further comprising an elongated rod (3) configured to fit inside said elongated hollow member (2), a longitudinal movement generating unit (12) configured to generate an oscillating longitudinal movement of said elongated hollow member (2), or of an assembly of said elongated hollow member (2) and said elongated rod (3) via a connection assembly. The connection assembly (20) is provided configured to assemble the elongated hollow member (2) and the elongated rod (3) by detachably fixating said elongated rod (3) inside said elongated hollow member (2) in a longitudinal position relative to said elongated hollow member (2).
