PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preparing a skin lotion corresponding to individual skin, capable of saving time and cost required to create a prepared skin lotion.SOLUTION: A stock skin lotion pipe individually connected to each stock skin lotion tank is connected to each long cylindrical mixing section. The connecting part between the mixing section and each stock skin lotion pipe is aligned in the longitudinal direction of the long cylindrical mixing section. Each stock skin lotion introduced into the mixing section is discharged to a bottle from outlet provided at one end of the longitudinal direction of the mixing section. Accordingly, the inner surface area of the mixing section becomes small, and the discharge of the skin lotion and a cleaning liquid to the outside from the mixing section becomes easy. Thus, the amount of the cleaning liquid and cleaning time, required to clean the mixing section performed after the discharge of the skin lotion corresponding to individual skin in the bottle.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】調合化粧液の創製に要する処理時間及び費用を節約可能な個肌に対応した化粧液調合装置を提供すること。【解決手段】各化粧原液タンクに個別に連結された化粧原液配管は、長筒状の混合部にそれぞれ連結される。混合部と各化粧原液配管との連結部は、長筒状の混合部の長手方向に配列される。混合部内に注入された各化粧原液は、混合部の長手方向一端に設けられた出口より、ボトルに排出される。これにより、混合部の内表面の面積が少なくなり、かつ、混合部から外部への化粧液や洗浄液の排出が容易となる。その結果、個肌に対応した化粧液をボトルに排出した後に実施される混合部の洗浄に要する洗浄液量及び洗浄時間を節約することができる。【選択図】 図1
