PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient system for producing a beverage sterilized by sterilization effect by superfine bubbles with deterioration of quality suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a beverage production system 100 comprising: a uniformization apparatus 110 introduced with a beverage and pulverizing particles in the beverage to uniformize the same and a superfine bubble generation apparatus 120 capable of generating superfine bubbles in the beverage. The uniformization apparatus includes: a refining part of pulverizing the particles so as to be refined and a gas-liquid mixing part 124 introducing a gas into the refining part together with the beverage. The refining part pulverizes the gas in the liquid by passing through the gas together with the beverage to generate fine bubbles. The superfine bubble generation apparatus generates the superfine bubbles from the fine bubbles generated in the refining part.
